Fast, reliable and reasonable priced! I would recommend Apex for sewer line issues.

We have had several plumbing issues in our home, and APEX has gone above and beyond every time, and helped us find the root cause of it all! While I hope to not need any more emergency plumbing help, I’m relieved to know that I can call APEX and have an honest employee and cost-efficient solution within that day!

Apex was great to deal with from the phone call, to the quick response to the excellent service provided by Bruce. When there was a blockage in my main drain which prevented us from using any drains in the house Apex expedited our service and treated us incredibly well. Bruce was responsive, prompt, knowledgeable and extreme friendly. The price of the service was very reasonable as well! I would highly recommended Apex for your plumbing needs.

I called Apex for a main line back up. They came the next morning right on time. Joe was amazing… the best personality and made me feel comforted with my problem when I was panicking. He just kept telling me Miss Colleen this is easy we will get this done. A plus service! Thank you Joe and Apex!

Apex came on a Saturday for a broken pipe, great service, friendly and knowledgeable help, he even took and extra step and cleaned out my trap to make sure I don't get any backups.

On August 24,2020 one of Apex service provider's Adam, came to clear my sewer drain and he arrived on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about explaining what was going on and how to remedy the problem. He used his machine to clear the line but only had 100 ft of line to remove the clog and so he called in another team of servicemen to arrive with a 150 ft line. So within a short time they, Bruce and Aaron, arrived and did the same with the 150 ft line. They too were incredibly knowledgeable and explained in detail what was happening. They also snaked my bathroom sink that was clogged. They wouldn't leave until all faucets and drains were running and the water was flowing through with no backups. I will use Apex only now when it comes to this type of situation. Thank you so much Adam, Bruce and Aaron for your swift service, professionalism and your compassion about my concerns. You all went above and beyond for me and I can't say enough good about the service you provided me and the calm I felt after it was done. Outstanding!! Thank you, Kathy Niskayuna

I have an older home and have tried several companies. I won’t mention names but they are big. No one did a good job but charged so much money for it. Apex came in and fixed the problem and then continued to work to be sure the problem was completely clear so that I wouldn’t have to call someone again in a few months. They charged a fair price and the young man was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Apex in my opinion they are the best in our area.

Herschel just came to unclog my downstairs toilet. On the phone and in person he was absolutely lovely to work with. He got the job done quickly and efficiently, and gave me some tips about the condition of the toilet. I will happily reach out to Apex again for any plumbing project and recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you for making this so easy to deal with and keep up the good work!

I own a rental property in albany and got my own drain snake VERY stuck on a Sunday evening. I received incredible service that was a life saver when I was about to start cutting holes in walls and opening plumbing. Saved me thousands. Could not possibly recommend these guys enough!

Someone recommend Apex to us in an emergency. We called them at 8pm on a Saturday night and they were here within an hour. The gentleman was professional and experienced and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

They helped me replace a hydrant spigot in an outhouse—a job that turned out to be much more complex than expected due to cracked pipes buried nearly 8 feet underground.
